Hi fellas. After doing a competition early october and the 10 weeks with diet earlier I really got to know my body's reaction to food better. I had a fella who competed several times guide me the whoe way. I gained probably about 7 pounds of LBM under those weeks, the most the 3-4 last week before the competition. I pretty much held the same weight through the whole diet and the fat stripped of. Didn't use any more gear than my earlier use, so pretty stunned.
Now it's a month later. And my main conclusion is that my body seems to gain much easier muscle when bodyfat is low a carbs are somewhat restricted. Diet last weeks before comp was about 340g protein, 50g fat, 270g karb. After comp to try to add lbm, I adjusted to 340g protein, 60g fat, 300g karb, and a diet free day once a week. Well worked pretty well, have gained about 20pounds from competition weight. But I seem to put on almost 2-3 pounds from every diet free day so have to take it more easy on those days further.
Well heres my prob. I added slin pwo 3x a week. And after only two shots this week I'm pretty starved all day, I used slin before but ate free the whole time then. So any recommandation on how to adjust diet ? I'm going to add GH 3iu 5on/2off next week also and probably for sure gone make me very hungry. My trainer said no need for more than 350g protein and 60g fat. Just increase carbs. But that was assuming bulking with doing only roids . He don't know much about slin/gh so I don't think he would have a good answer for this now.
Is this ok further? Should I just add more carbs to the point I don't feel hungry, will that keep me add lbm? I wan't to get the most out of gh/slin also. Also gh will probably burn fat so I'm a little confused, maybe I could eat a lot more and still stay lean? Also gonna add 12,5mcg t3 with the gh.
Hope somebody here with knowledge can help me out on this one, gonna compete again in May07 and want to gain as much as possible without getting fat to get to a higher weight class.
