how to be a judge

I just got volunteered to be a judge in a local amature BBing contest in August (Japanese only). I actually was recommended by a few folks because of my "knowledge" as a powerlifter and the physiology as a whole AND I can speak Japanese. Look I am NOT a pro and never pretended to be one and they completely realize this.
I am going to do some studying and I know some of the basics of judging.....you have to if you want to compete (and i did a long time ago). but if any of you can give advice or point me in the right direction. I have plenty of time to learn up, so thanks in advance.
please don't think I am a wannabe judge, like I said, I got volunteered. all the jugdes are "volunteers". Only 2 of them have real world experience though and they will train us as well....problem is, my Japanese is only about 2nd grade level. I need English!!

WOW! thanks for all the replies!
Never mind, I am sure I will be fine. I went up north and saw a military base comp and although the showing was lame, they picked exactly the same people I would have picked and in the same order! there was like 6 or seven judges there and some of them did not impress me with their resumes.
I will see another local one this weekend and if I pick'em all like the judges do, then i can be a judge too. never thought it would be so easy.

IFBB-based JBBF rules apply along with some other local ones like no grabbing the ankles (thank god!).
there were 9 judges (8 and one head judge) including me. Some of the guys look like they might have used gear at one time, but overall they seemed to all be natty. I disagreed with some of the female criteria and judged the way I felt, but Japanese have a different look anyway and that probably should be considered. I think I was too strict. Either way, the folks that I felt should have one were either 1st or 2nd in their classes. overall was a lot of fun and the after party was too....met some hot girls that gave me their numbers....too bad I am married.
