A long time ago I got some injectable EPO Lance Armstrong-type drug (I don't know what it was called) and it worked wonders for my ability to do cardiovascular exercise

Now I have no idea where I would get something like that these days, And I am wondering if there are good ways to boost EPO, blood oxygen, cardio capacity, etc

Whether through supplements, or some sort of affordable DIY low oxygen sleep chamber, etc

What's the concern with it?

If your hematocrit gets too high you’re at higher risk of a stroke. 50% it’s top of the range. If you do lots of cardio (and I mean a lot) you can get away with 55%.

As to your original question, the drugs best at raising Hgb and rbc that I’m aware of are EPO (obviously), anadrol, boldenone and test. Melanotan 2 is fairly effective at it as well.
