HOW to boost my HDL (good) cholesterol, supps? drugs? you tell me

-3oz of unsalted, unroasted nuts such as brazillian nuts, walnuts, or almonds
-3gr of high quality DHA/EPA omega 3 daily
-1gr of high quality krill oil daily
-one avocado daily


The combo above will drive your HDL extremely high :)
 
A lot if good information on here, but how about adding cardio sessions.

Not if you're on tren, orals, strong anti-Es, etc.

For many, increasing HDL is usually a matter of taking things out, not adding them in.
 
Fish oil, red yeast rice(if you take red yeast rice, you need to take coQ10 as red yeast rice lowers levels of coQ10 in the body)

I take these as well. Other than that oral AS are bad on HDL things like winni, and anavar are the worce. Some years ago mine tested at 16 my doctor freaked out on me. Thats when I started the fish oil and red rice yeast. since then it has been a lot better, but not great.
 
Sesamin may help increase your HDL....plus it has a lot of health benefits.
 
Get some Slo Niacin. You can get it cheap at Costco/Sam's/Amazon etc. 1000mg a day at bedtime keeps my HDL 50+. It naturally runs around 30. I rarely experience any flushing. They use it at the hospital where I work instead of niaspan as its cheaper.
 
something as simple as drinking powdered cayenne pepper will do miracles not only for your cholesterol but your entire body and heart! dont get the cooking kind.......get some cayenne capsules and open the capsule up and put the powder in water with a tablespoon of maple syrup. youll see big changes in your cholesterol as well as just feeling alot better.

I have heard this a few times...what are the other benefits you see from cayenne?

And to the original poster...most AIs wreck your lipid profile as do many oral AAS. Switch the AI to exemestane...follow the mountain dog principles diet wise...pull out orals...add avocados, omegas, salmon, and nuts like almonds and macadamias...niacin...all great advice.

Nice, what brands of red yeast rice work? Also what do you think of the TN coq10
