Besides working my ass off with cardio what can I take to really melt fat. I need to drop 15% bodyfat within a reasonable chemically enhanced time frame.
I've been on a maintenance dose of test 250 mg a week for 7 years. I bump it up for powerlifting meets. I do hit cardio everyday but I don't loose weight. I eat clean for the most part.
I gained a lot of fat during times when I had bad injuries.
I'm not a slacker and I do what I need to do but this is taking forever.
No flames just advice needed from people who dropped lots of fat fast.
