i like to put the needle in between the door and run backwards till it bottoms out glute leg tri arm chest works great at diffrent sights

I tried this last night because I take everything pretty literally. It didn't work out too well. Does the prostate count as an IM injection?

howto is the way I got a lot of quality info on how and where to drop.
syn in the forearm, F that... u just have weak genetics... find a different hobby.....
or maybe go out for the new class board short fitness, maybe just put on a two piece and compete with the women.....
what a disgrace to building adding that class a few yrs ago......
I was appalled the first time seeing it at the San Jose 2 yrs ago....
just a personal opinion.......

Any one have and advice for shooting the traps with a slin pin? have done it with 1.5 years ago but don't remember details. I dont want to do something stupid and not be able to move my head for two weeks.

Triceps and biceps is actually quite easy . just make sure no more than 1ml goes into each arm or muscle.

Has anyone come across a device that makes it easier to inject into hard places by yourself.
One handed device.
Making it possible to get hard to reach areas by yourself.
I have a tough time getting to Tri's, delt's, lats etc.
It's hard not beating the hell out of your spot trying to pull and push oil.
Any answers or info appreciated.

Great info here. These days, unless I have several compounds to inject...I use a slin pin every time. Back load it. And you're good. Bi/tri/quad/chest/lat/trap/calf ect. And painless. And no scar tissue build up....which was starting to become an issue for me.
