Anyone ever hit a nerve in their glutes? I have done so twice and I have an rn injecting me. I have moved all injections to delts. We have hit the upper outside glute as illustrated. The rn believes my anatomy is a bit different. I am pretty much to freaked out to try for a bit. Am injecting test cyp and the pain happens when needle is inserted and nothing has been injected.

Pain feels like an electrical feeling. It is hard to describe. I had three successful injections in glutes in same cycle prior to it happening three times in a row.

Update, i believe I am pinning to high on the glute.

I switched to delt injections anyways.

inspect the syringe,needle and other injection tools,choose proper site (upper limb lateral ,buttock,mid-thigh lateral). take a cotton swab and dampen it with alcohol...prepare is important ,i think

Hold firmly in hand, close eyes and jab the pointy end into your butt. Sqeeze top of needle till all fluid is injected. Whoala, you just popped your cheery!!!

Would it be ok to inject 1cc into the quad with an insulin needle? I saw a video where a pro only injects with insulin needles because he doesn't like the 25 or bigger gauges due to creating scar tissue.

I've done tren with 23g into quad with no issues. I suppose you could go with slin pin but that takes too long for me. [emoji12]

How much pain is normal 1-2 days after injection?

Started first cycle, doing 10 weeks of 150mg .5cc Deca plus 300mg 1cc of Test-e in the same shot with 23 gauge 1inch needle placed exactly as shown in diagrams in the mid/upper side quad. One shot per week.

No pain to speak of the day of the injection, but the 2 days after feels like a deep bruise, hurts a bit to walk but then on the 3rd day its fine again.

Is this normal for only 1.5cc of oil?
