How To Do Injections

People make such a big deal about injecting. Just keep it clean and be smart about it. It's not that complicated

Im hooked on Sub-Q in ab area and sometimes in upper quad...no soreness or bruises. A small bump, which goes away in a few days, and no 1 and a half inch needles...insulin syringe and good to go.

I will be injecting minimal amounts of test daily, so is it reasonable to just draw that amount with a 23 gauge and also use for injection? Or is there a problem with drawing it witht that gauge.

Yes- just make sure you wipe down with an alcohol prep pad first before injecting.

Absolutely no reason to harpoon yourself with a 23 daily. Draw w a 23 once a week and backfill 29/30g insulin syringes. You'll be glad you did and save yourself a shit ton of scar tissue over the rest of your life...

Injecting medicine in abdomen is really very tough. .

just the thought of it is painful

Some of the above posts have mentioned abdominal pinning but they did not specify IM or SubQ. I’ve been doing trt via subq injections to my abdominal region for several months with good results. Everything I’ve read (studies, research, etc) looks good and maybe even better than pinning it IM. Anyone have any info that trt should not be pinned subq? If so, why not? Thanks

Exactly! And if you put the vial under your armpit for a couple minutes prior to loading your syringe, it will warm it up some so that it becomes less viscous (thinner) and flows out of the smaller needle easier.
