how to dose liquid orals?

What would be the best way to get the desired amount of whatever I'm using? Should I just backload it into empty syringe to get an accurate dosing? Or is there any other methods to use?

Take a syringe , remove the needle and pull plunger to fill syringe to desired amount

you can also go to the drugstore and get an oral syringe. same thing.

You can get droppers marked as I have used them. I got a 5 pack for 6 bucks online just google it. They also fit my liquid cialis bottles just measure your bottle and google it.
