how to effectively use t3 and clen for cutting?

Hi guys, i'm still quite new to the use of gear so thanks for helping out.

i'm curious on how do i use t3 and clen effectively to help me cut up as i just finished bulking.

diet and training wise i have got most part of it right, just want something extra to make the cut a better one.

I haven't used T3 but I've had good luck with clen running 2 weeks on/ 2 off / 2 on.
I Start with 40mcg then increase dosege +20mcg every 3 days until I top out at 120. I don't taper down, just drop it at the end of the two weeks. Two week break then I'll start at 60-80 and ramp back up

40 might seem like a low dose to start with initially but it's good to assess how you deal with the sides, plus research chems can be over/under dosed.
 
I've never really done clen but I've usually ran T3 while on a bit of GH and on summer cycle. I usually do 50mcg right when I wake up then 50mcg around 6-8pm not sure If this is the right protocol or anything but it has always seemed to work well for me when dropping weight.

What kind of sides did you get with clen? And did you run it on cycle or off?

Last run was off cycle.
Sides weren't much- I feel pretty wired and the hands shake a bit for a few hours then it subsides. It was strongest right after bumping the dose. After a few days at the same dose the shakes seem weaker
 
thanks for the reply guys! i'm curious, do you guys take the t3 ed with an empty stomach in the morning? or just anytime of the day with/without food?
 
IMO, you need 2 different stimulants to lose fat, you have a problem with your DIET.
