I have already lost 50+ lbs so far and to get to the 5-7% body fat levels I promised myself I'd get to before I'd start my cycle, I still have approx. 20 lbs to go. This means I went from wearing XL shirts to Mediums. I know I won't go do wearing Small because my frame is just too large for them (I'm 6' 3").
I figure that when I am totally lean I'll be about 173 - 176. Then I am going to do a cycle but add only muscle, not an ounce of fat. I plan to stay at the same low body fat percentage the whole time even it means adding nothing. My guess is that I will add maybe 10 lbs of really lean muscle, at most get me back to somewhere in the 190's.
My question is what size shirts will I be at then? I ask because I have a chance to get some cool luxury brand designer shirts and clothes at a super cheap price right now and I don't know if I'll be Medium or Large when I start adding muscle. Anyone have a clue? I hate to pass up on getting clothes for so cheap but I don't want a bunch of stuff that doesn't fit. I already have a closet full of stuff that I need to donate to Goodwill because none of it fits anymore. My shirts look like dresses on me now.
