How to find strongman training?

Recently moved and am looking to find a place where I can workout with strongman equipment.

Before moving, I was lucky enough to meet a guy whose buddies rented out a small space in a warehouse where they kept and could train with tires, yoke, etc. on the weekend when the warehouse was closed. Anyone who was a friend was welcome to come as long as they chipped in $20/month.

Any ideas on how to find a place to train with strongman equip in a new state? I was just getting into it so don't know anything about the strongman community, online or otherwise.

Living in Southern California. I know there's gotta be strongman stuff in such a big area, but like I said, I was just getting interested in it and don't know where to look.
