How to free up more test?

I gave read about anavar and a few other things,but not getting the results I should because I don't have enough free test. What us the quickest way to free it up so I get better cycle results?

Both free up test by lowering sex-hormone binding globin (shbg) levels . Again this was recommended to me.

Both are DHT, Winny has proven to be just as useful at 10mg as 50 to bind SHBG. DHT binds to SHBG freeing up more test. Proviron and Mastoron are the safest on you lipids. AJ mentioned Insulin....10iu a day frees up almost as much as DHT will.

You know, I did not know that was proven(that 10mg win frees up as much test as 50mg)...however I had made that mention in conversation earlier this week with TP4U.
I was simply discussing choosing Proviron or Winny and there are positives for both on a bulk/mass accrual cycle. Winny is anabolic...but hurts lipids, while Proviron is not anabolic, doesn't affect lipids, and is likely more expensive than Winny @ 10mg.
Which would you choose and why? Do you think 12-16wks of winny @ 10mg would be a better choice than 12-16wks of 50mg Proviron? Do you think winny @ that dose would still wreck lipids?

a few older school guys I no use 20mg winny for every cycle n swear by it especially in off season to keep water down n free up test.

3 weeks pre comp I had bloods done n all was fine bar a v v slightly raised liver value and good cholesterol was v low but ratio was ok. I put this down to var.

I was running
50mg var and ssme winny
100mg tren, 75mg mast minimum 6 x a week plus clen, t3 n arimidex n 50 proviron

No, never. I rarely run winny unless pre contest and it has been several yrs.

correct me if im wrong vets, but wont consuming healthy fats do this as well? i believe magnesium, zinc and vitamin d help as well....

Im running a test only rebound n have been for 2-3 weeks. In 3 weeks time im dropoing to 50mg test p 3 x a week n cruising till I go holiday. Ill get bloods done in 2 weeks then run winny at 20mg per day n get bloods done pre holiday after 3-4 weeks on winny n come back n update this
