How to get enough protein on a busy schedule?

i cant cook all my chicken at once an leave it in the fridge it just goes too dry an i cant get it down, have to cook it just before i eat it
 
yea i precook my meals when i know i can heat it up or even cold meals when i cant. I supplement with shakes, and those big tubs of yougurts arent bad either there like 2lbs
 
I get tired of chicken pretty fast. Would rather have eggs, beef or supplement with protein powder.
 
Pressed for time or knowing I cannot break away to eat for more than 3-4 hours I'll throw 4 scoops of protein in a blender bottle and mix it right before I need to drink it. Easiest way to get an extra 100g of protein on the go

My husband and I carry these around with us. Put em in a cooler and just drink. I drink 10 ounces 3 times a day. I drink them plain and he likes to mix crystal light in for flavor. This has really helped us gain lean muscle and it's cheap!

this.ive been trying to drink 2 small cartons at work a day.made a world of difference.
 
I do about 3 shakes a day and three meals....Get burned out on cold chicken quick.....Tuna right out the pack..and pre cooked rice when I want to get rid of the shakes
 
I throw some meat on the Forman Grill while I am showering and getting ready in the morning. By the time I am done, I throw them into a ziploc and go.
 
always pre cook my meals a few days in advance when i have the time. canned tuna works well also :)
 
Beef and eggs twice a day. Makes the cold chicken and tuna fish not as bland.

Try liquid egg white, put splenda and cinnamon for flavor.
 
If you have access to a costco membership, sam's club or even if your local grocer stocks the roasted whole chickens for around $5, that's a great meal for the work day. ;)

yeah they are filled with sodium too
 
Lots of good idea's. I mostly use egg white cartons, pre-cook a few meals and shakes. Peanut butter is not bad either
