I am entering my first strongman contest in about 3 to 4 months! I am entering as a light weight. I am only entering for fun and not planing on trying to do anything serious with it. I am way to small anyways. I have been training with some guys at work on the weekends with strongman equipment and they have convinced me to enter a local contest this summer. I need to get improve my deadlift. I can squat 405 about 6 to 8 times but I struggle with deadlifting. I could only deadlift 410 three times from the floor. Any suggestions?
