I started taking synthelamin from synthetek. It's starting to help a little.

ya the liver, and eat clean for a few days, sometimes you will develop poor digestion from pounding food all the time. try eating a very low fat diet for a few days and you may incoprpeate some 2 a days for a week. this has helped me to increase appetite in the past

synthelamin works awsome, i have only been takin about two weeks and already am responding great to it.

Periactin turns me into a remorsless eating machine. Just 1/2 tab does wonders, & at that dose, it doesn't make you groggy.

can't suggest anything to take but i recommend doing cardio in the am . i always have an increased appetite when i do cardio in the morning

THANK'S EVERY 1...I TOLD HIM CARDIO IN THE A.M BUT HE ALLREADY HAS TO GET UP 4:30 TO DRIVE TO WORK GETS HOME 7PM TRAINS WITH ME BALLS OUT 30-40MINS EATS AND GO TO BED. SO THAT WON'T WORK FOR HIS SCHEDULE .LOL
