That’s good do you discern between grass fed/wild game fatty meat or will you eat regular feed lot beef?
I buy grass fed ground beef from a local farmer. Steaks I buy from the grocery store but I eat mostly ground beef.

Yep clean and low carb but as I remember it Keto in bodybuilding was brought around by Palumbo who never used it personally but did have his athletes do it so there’s that

I carb cycle but I never cut veggies so depending on your standards I’m not keto. I’ve gone weeks on steak and broccoli no condiments and never once got a keto stick to show I was in ketosis.

If your using the sticks that you pee on they are worthless. I use a blood ketone monitor (similar to a glucose monitor).

I eat plenty of cruciferous veggies also, they are not enough to kick me out of ketosis unless I eat a truck load of them...LOL

It’s funny a lot of guys don’t but it’s tasty, very filling, and for me easier to eat than the other cruciferious veggies if I’m forcing a meal down.

I eat good fermented cabbage. Or as a treat on keto is after you boil it. Fry it up with some uncured bacon.
Fermented cabbage is Korean isn’t it? Do you ferment it yourself?
