How to lower blood pressure and RHR?

Without coming off gear or doing a cruise, how can I lower my blood pressure and pulse? Not coming off or going to a cruise don’t waste your time advising it.

I already take 80mg Telmisartan and 10mg of Nebivolol every day. Is the answer to just take then even more of both?

Blood pressure and pulse are not looking good. 145/90 and HR is regularly 100BPM.

I haven’t been doing cardio but I am open to starting it up again. Sleep is OK but not great. I have a sleep study scheduled in February.

Competed in October, am now in an off-season phase and pushing up bodyweight. Think I may have slight edema but not sure.

Advice here?
I haven't read all the replies in here. You mention a sleep study coming up. I don't know how big you are but probably about every guy on here of any size has Sleep Apnea. When I got on my Cpap it made no difference in my blood pressure. I still take the same meds and dosages I always have. BUT I know lots of people who once they got on a Cpap were either able to come off blood pressure meds or lower them. DO NOT SKIP THAT SLEEP STUDY. Getting on a Cpap made a big difference in my sleep quality and quality of life.

Cardio will make a big difference. I know many have mentioned it here. When I'm doing cardio 5 times a week my RHR will be in the 60's. When I'm not doing it or being inconsistent its in the 80's. Take from that what you will. Plus you will be surprised what dropping just 10 or 15 lbs will do. Now if you're really lean that may not be feasible. But if you're a little heavier it can really help. Health first and foremost man. I've never seen a "good looking corpse" in my life. Take care of your health man. You've only got one body. Treat it the way God intended, like a Temple.
 
I was on test, tren, eq, gh, humalog. Just recently came off everything. Also now been doing 20mins of fasted cardio 5-6x a week.

Went from 214 lbs on-stage to 260 lbs offseason in about 2 months. Definitely holding water in my face and ankles.

Pulse has lowered to 85 or so, blood pressure is slowly lowering as well.

Gonna come back on just test and eq soon, along with gh and humalog, keep the cardio in, and hopefully push up to 270-280 depending on composition. Expecting it to fall apart though now that I'm no longer pushing up with tren.

Diet has essentially been "eat my 6 prepped meals + whatever junk I want after" so not particularly great.

420g protein from meat/whey, high carbs, under 50g fat

Uh yeh that would do it. That's a ton of weight in 2 months. Nearly 50lbs. Shit. That is definitely why your RHR has gone thru the roof. Imagine how much harder your heart has to work to pump blood to that nearly 50 extra pounds of BW now. Tren don't help. I just never could do that shit. My BP would shoot thru the roof. I'd up the cardio to 30 minutes. Its what I do. Glad you are getting things going to be healthier.

My previous highest off-season weight was 246 lbs, so it wasn't particularly difficult to get back to that from a water-depleted state. Like it took about 3 days to go from 214 lbs to 226 lbs. Then a quick rebound back to 246 lbs, then been pushing up since then. Been "natty" for a week now and my composition is already falling apart. Hoping it holds alright without the tren. Was low dose, but yeah wasn't looking great. Not sure what else I could have taken to handle it. Would have preferred to keep it in though.

I haven't read everything in here. Can you not do TRT? Because if you come off Test fully you are gonna crash. Unless you are still "cycling" and doing PCT? I just assume everyone on here stays on Test continuously. 😁

Yeah no I'm not going on a cruise I'm returning to my blast. Just a lesser blast. I came off to lower my RHR and blood pressure

30min cardio minimum. At 20min you're stopping right when things start to help you.drop the junk food at least. id at least drop the doses to hold what you have while you fix these issues..mgrowth slows down when not healthy.

At 20min you're in fat burning and your heart starts to get stronger for endurance. This reduces RHR. Also a 50lb jump isn't muscle only a strain.

This is going to be dependent on hr and circulating glucose bro, not some random time.
