your levels go back up due to TRT and or Performance enhancements doses, donating isn't going to make it worse for you but keep your levels in check....Inject daily (use a true hrt dose), cardio, hydration, grapefruit, limit iron, take nattokinase, baby asprin. Donating blood will drop your level temporarily but your body will adjust and usually shoot levels back up. I donate 2 times a year and that’s it. The more you donate the worse it is for you.
What is your current hematocrit level?
Nattokinase has plenty of benefits. Reducing hematocrit isn’t one of them.Have heard of guys have success using 8-12,000iu daily if Nattokinase to help keep hematocrit in range.
Why wouldn't it be allowed?there are supplements made just for this, not sure if we allowed to post.
I used Natto 4000 FU Serrapeptase 240000 SPU Lumbrokinase 2000 FUHave heard of guys have success using 8-12,000iu daily if Nattokinase to help keep hematocrit in range.
I learned the hard way you're 100% rightNattokinase has plenty of benefits. Reducing hematocrit isn’t one of them.
If someone says it lowered theirs, then they are wrong for thinking that is the reason why.
I’m glad somebody said it, I’ve been on natto for close to 10years and it’s never lowered hematocrit for me either. Mine stays between 52-56 on cycle or a cruise no matter what i do, however one thing that i did notice that puts me in the lower end of that range is getting my labs done not fasted and later in the day after a few meals and a lot of water. Everyone’s different, if i want mine to be in normal range then that means completely coming off of everything.Nattokinase has plenty of benefits. Reducing hematocrit isn’t one of them.

Every thing I read says it does. I’m not doubting you. Is it in the journals?Nattokinase has plenty of benefits. Reducing hematocrit isn’t one of them.

Well then you’re not reading any scientific evidence because there isn’t any that says it lowers red blood cell production in any way. It might reduce potential blood clots or related thrombotic events but it will not reduce hematocrit on a blood testEvery thing I read says it does. I’m not doubting you. Is it in the journals?
Mine is always right on the border or a point over. Doc won’t STFU about it.
