Just got my blood work completed again and my MCV was slightly elevated. Came back at 100. Normal range is 79-97. Any suggestions on how to lower this. I'm on 300mg/wk of test and 4ius of GH. I have read that a vitamin B12 deficiency could cause this. I use True Nutrition's protein with a vitamin/mineral boost, but I need to go home and see how much B12 (if any) is included in this. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Vitamin B12 deficiency as you stated...also Hypothyroidism can contribute to elevated MCV's in some cases.

Did you have any thyroid tests run in this blood panel?

No, that is something I will look into.
