How to make my test levels free to Use?

My buddy had full bloodwork dont lately and said his test levels were at 1300 and 90 percent were free Testosterone. How do you free it up for your body to use. He is a beginner to and said aromisin and aramidex frees it up? Can someone put all this in prespective for me so I can do my next cycle right

Bullshit. Something like 2% might be free testosterone, the rest is bound to proteins and unavailable to the cell.

Anti-estrogens have nothing to do with this. Nolva is a competitive inhibitor at estrogen receptors, aromasin screws up the aromatase enzyme that convert androgens to estrogens.

Do some independant research anywhere but muscle message boards.
