How to sleep while dieting

I only sleep decently if I barely sleep a couple nights in a row.
 
Save some of your daily protein allotment and make protein fluff pre-bed. 300 calories of fluff has me feeling pretty full and happy, and I have a retarded appetite.

Can't sleep at night. Thinking about using benzos. Help....

If none of the otc stuff works for you your dr. shouldn't have an issue getting you trazodone non benzo and not "hung over" in morning

Aka sludge!

Heres a good video showing how its made, however this is not my recipe - the one in the video tastes like shit but the process to make it is the same.

Its definitely not sludge, sludge isnt very filling in my opinion.

I use:

300g mashed berries (usually strawberries for the lowest calories)
2 scoops protein (66g)
1 cup of water
1/4 tsp guar gum (too much of the gum like he used in the video will fuck your stomach up)
Extra sweetener/flavorings.

Usually I taste it once its fluffed up and add everything as I go. You can mix in some chopped nuts for fats or puffed cereals to add texture without adding too many calories. The base recipe (strawberries + protein) is 325 calories with my protein powder (110 cals per scoop), and it will fill your stomach like crazy
 
Its weird but when dieting (limiting calories and Carbs), its harder to sleep.

Best sleep aid: Phenibut. It's a nootropic. Similar effect to alcohol, but zero cals. Really takes the edge off at the end of the day. Wouldn't use everyday, tho. 3 days per week is probably fine. Cycle that with Kratom.
