how to stay ripped all over the year

always I see bodybuilders like sagi kalev or stan mcquay being ripped during all over the year (not as cutted as on season, but ripped), I ask myself, how can they do it?
Now that i've achieved a level in wich I'm quite happy, i want to try to stay ripped -gaining muscle, although slower than doing bulk ups of course...- during all over the year (without using gh, because it's extremely expensive here in spain). I've been thinking about doing that:

quite high protein (aprox 400-500 gr), and low carbs and kcal diet (eating very clean basically, I'm not going to count them).

trainning 3 days per week (monday-wednesday-friday), and doing aerobics tuesday and thursday, about 30-45 minutes.

some cheap short cycles (6 weeks eod (or ed) winstrol and eod test prop) quite frequently (maybe 6 weeks between postcycle end and next cycle start)

including more basic exercices while being on cycle and more specifics when off,

what do you think? is it correct? can it work?

corrections and suggestions please

thanks!

Well you need to know your body very well
Find out your exact maintenance calories and up them by a very small amount (200-300 kcal extra)
Keep doing cardio year round to keep the metabolism revved up
and last but not least, be very disciplined when it comes to your diet.

As for keeping protein high and carbs low, it doesnt necessarily work for everyone
For example such high protein can just as easily bloat you if you dont respond well to those amounts.
You need to find out what is ideal for YOU, and you can only do that through experimentation.

do you think 2x30-45 min/week aerobics are excessive for doing it all over the year? I'm doubting about doing 1 or 2 days of aerobics... as you say it'll be better to experiment and check this, but what do you think?

thanks

You can even do cardio daily, just up the calories to compensate
in fact i think its better to keep your metabolism revved up
