How to tell an Ai is working?

Just curious, never had to run one before.

I presume you mean on cycle with test, say ... then ...
- less gyno/pre-gyno: nipples less sensitive, less puffy, less lump formation
- less bloating and flushing, less fluid retention, can help bp
- if estro too high, AIs can improve libido

On cycle of prop/npp/drol. Thought i was getting a little gyno, but it doesnt hurt and its not going away.

Been running a hefty dose of adex and aromasin, not seeing much difference except lower sex drive and slightly achy joints.

Its hard to tell if their working properly.

I can always tell when it's working from the achy joints and I get tired quickly.

I always with all AI's start 1 week before I start my cycle. Im very prone to gyno and all that fun stuff. Its always worked for me and helps (for me) a lot with keeping the sides away.

Thats what i was looking for achy joints, but its had to tell with the npp.

With the NPP, the sides are gonna be prolactin induced.

I have some caber, but im unsure of the potency. Guess i can order some more.
