How to up the cals in Six star protien?

Hello everyone I'am useing six star protien it's cheap and can handle the taste plus 52 grams with 2 scoups of protien and can get it at wallmart. Any pros got any recipes to up the cals in this shake. I use 2 scoups with 1 cup whole milk = 450 cals. I'am some what a hard gainer and I feel I'am not hiting my cal intake. I do get most of my protien/ carbs from whole foods.

I would like to somewhat make this shake into a weight gainer.I thought about getting optimum nutrition serious mass which has 1,250 cals. Any help pros?

toss in some oatmeal, some ice cream, toss in some peanut butter. You can add a bunch of different things here. If you're a hard gainer like you said then you can pretty much each anything and it will still not hurt you. Try to eat more of the complex carb types of foods. Also grab some avacados, mixed nuts, these types of foods are little higher in the calorie count but good for you.
 
I always liked to put oatmeal in a blender it make it a fine sawdust-like consistency and add that along with a tbsp of olive oil. All of it goes down easy and you won't even taste the olive oil hardly.

EDIT: IIRC, the body fortress protein at walmart had less sugar and more protein compared to the six star protein, cheaper too.

Dude, I don't know how you can use that six star at all! If that's all you can afford then I get it, you gotta do what you gotta do. You should look into making your own blend at true protein, or look on the web for a good deal on Stealth protein from VPX, or True Mass by BSN.
 
ive used the six star stuff too and it went down so easy. between the six star and the eas whey i have at home i always tend to go with the six star becuase it tastes so much better. to me anyway. plus it mixes awesome when i make protein pudding.

so here is what i do to mine to up the cals and proteins

2.5 scoops choc
2 full tablespoons peanut butter
3 scoops vanilla ice cream- breyers real ice crea,
1 full banana
12-16oz 2% milk

i love it that way. you can raise or lower the peices to your liking. but for me, for muscle repair and for making sure i dont cramp up there is nothing better.
oh, also i should note that i drink this at night while watching TV before bed. i used to do mornings but man it left me feeling so full all day.
