HI I been getting mixed vews with this some say it works some say it dosent i know you inject im into your ass now can you do site injections or is it better to take all in 4 shots 400 mgs now my goal is to have my vains stick out more but how long does it last or should i just use no2 instead ? thanks BIG ARMS

no i know you use it befire comp just want to use it in generl to get more blood flow to my pumps

Synthelator is a product meant for a single use before a bodybuilding contest or other one day event to increase vascularity. It's not something you'd use day to day. Some NO products work alright. Staying well hydrated and eating a high carbohydrate diet also help them bulge a little more and will definitely help with the pump. Remember, if you can't already see the veins, nothing is going to help. Vascularity comes with low bodyfat, though there is certainly a genetic component as well.
