Any ideas how to come back from a pulled hammy fast? Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation? What else? I just bought some Capzasin HP and let me tell you what it makes it feel just like new. What other tricks you guys have up your sleeves?

Also keeping blood flowing into it as much as possible. Just do whatever excercise you can for it. Keep it moving without straining it. Try to get a slight pump in it several times per day. Just make sure there is no pain involved.
 
I USED TO DO UPHILL SPRINTS ON MY LIGHT LEG DAY.

THEN LATER ON HOT TUBS AND LIGHT TRAINING. NOT SOMETHING I WANT TO DO AGAIN.
 
Yes I have a feeling I'm going to have to baby this for a while but we'll see...I know I'll be stretching my ass off for now on. If Ronnie can do a split at 290 I should beable to do one.
