Ok guys after juicing for the better part of two years. I know my body needs a break. I'm assuming I'm going to need trt but I am 27... I'm hoping I bounce back. My question is two parted.
How would you come off gear? Taper? Pct? Hcg?
And what would you do in terms of dieting?
I know I will loose size. It's going to happen. But I want to see if I can get as lean as I can to prep for the next time I jump back on. If i decide to jump back on. The last year was really rough for me and looking back I should of came off sooner but the mental side of it didn't let that happen. Please share any personal opinioins you have. Id appreciate it
