How ya'll been, got an O/T question

hey guys/gals, havent posted in a while, however i have been checking the boards seeing whats been going on. i have been real busy with work and a new girl i started dating, you all know how that goes.

anyways im planning a cruise for the first part of the year, sometime in january. i was looking on carnivals webiste and i saw a lot of cruises with great prices for the 7 days deals. im wondering what cruise would be the best weather in january and experiences with cruises.

The have 3 different cruises for the caribbeans.

eastern caribbean, Miami, FL; Nassau, Bahamas; St. Thomas, USVI; St. Maarten, NA; Miami, FL

western, New Orleans, LA; Montego Bay, Jamaica; Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands; Cozumel, Mexico; New Orleans, LA

southern,San Juan, Puerto Rico; St. Thomas, USVI; Dominica; Barbados; Aruba; San Juan, Puerto Rico

whats some of your guys' opinions.

I would go with the cruise out of San Juan. I have been on a few cruises, been to all of those locations. Prepare to eat man, cruises are the best for food, you can order as many entrees as you want and the midnight buffet is also full of goodies.

I have taken the cruise out of New Orleans to the western Carribean a couple of times and I had a blast. Like jawbreakerkid said get ready to eat big. If you're interested in the excursions to the islands then I suggest that you avoid the western Carribean right now since Hurricanes have pretty much levled Grand Cayman and parts of Mexico. I am booked on a cruise that goes there next October but they should be rebuilt by then. The weather should be excellent anywhere you go in the Carribean during January.
