Hi guys so glad to have found a board like this. So after months and months of researching and researching I have finally decided to do my first cycle. Heres some back ground info on me.
26 years old - male
172 lbs - less than 10% bf
5'5" - asian male - small frame
train 5 days a week
6 meals a day
-300 grams protein
-300 grams of carbs or less a day
-(roughly 5000 calories a day)
- all the usual supplements
- training hard for 3 years now (was only 128 lbs and 20% bf)
So for my first I have decided on
500mg test enanthate weekly for 12 weeks
30mg dbol ED for first 4 weeks
weeks 13 - 15 nolva / clomid - 40mg/100mg and reducing till week 15
also clenbuterol from weeks 12 till 15.
I will stay on my same diet.
How does this sound for a first timer? Should I adjust my diet?
