Hows my 1st cycle plan sound???

Hi guys so glad to have found a board like this. So after months and months of researching and researching I have finally decided to do my first cycle. Heres some back ground info on me.

26 years old - male
172 lbs - less than 10% bf
5'5" - asian male - small frame
train 5 days a week
6 meals a day
-300 grams protein
-300 grams of carbs or less a day
-(roughly 5000 calories a day)
- all the usual supplements
- training hard for 3 years now (was only 128 lbs and 20% bf)

So for my first I have decided on

500mg test enanthate weekly for 12 weeks
30mg dbol ED for first 4 weeks
weeks 13 - 15 nolva / clomid - 40mg/100mg and reducing till week 15
also clenbuterol from weeks 12 till 15.

I will stay on my same diet.

How does this sound for a first timer? Should I adjust my diet?

I've suggested this to people before; why not do, say, 8 weeks for a first cycle?
Also, for a first cycle yuo could cut to 350 mg of test a week, and cut the dbol to 20 mg ED (if not altogether).
Yuo'll be able to judge sides better, and correct for any that may be a problem for yuo.

600 gms of protein and carbs combined is 2400 cals a day (4 cals per gram on both carbs and protein), so I hope yuo're not suggesting another 250+ gms of fat (9 cals per gram for fats). Yuo might consider increasing yuor total cals by 20% over what yuo currently eat - this will mean knowing exactly what yuo take in now, and assumes that yuor current intake level is maintentance levels of cals.

Clen is unnecessary, and yuo may have to start the novadex much earlier if water retention or gyno appears to be an issue. Stay on nolva and any other anti-estrogens for at least 6 weeks after yuor last shot of test to avoid excess estrogen from aromatization, and to give yuor HPT axis a chance to normalize.

If yuo're saying, "Huh??" to any of this, I'd recommend more research (and not on muscle boards!) before yuo do any cycle at all.
 
thanks dad (wow that sounded funny to say), the diet advice seems solid to me. I will also go ahead and remove the dbol from my shopping list. It'll save me some money which can go towards my pct items. So when do you think I should start the anti-e's? From day 1 or about mid-cycle? Most people recommend it towards the end of the cycle.
 
Dad's advice is on the money for you. Being your first cycle you should always proceed with caution. You can increase dose only if you need to but once you take too much it can't be undone for a while. As Dad suggested I would increase protein a bit more as You will be able to utilise more while on. Again Dad gives good sound advice.

I'd recommend starting the anti-estrogens after the first two weeks, so at the beginning of week three. Again, stay on this for a good six weeks after yuor last shot of test.

Please, be smart and go low dose and short duration this first time out. Take good notes daily about yuor diet, training, how yuo feel, weight - anything and everything yuo do and notice. This will REALLY be helpful if yuo do further cycles!
