HPTA upregulation during BLAST and CRUISING..

I will add that I have been off cycle for about a month now and used short esters and I have no lost much strength or size, lost a couple lbs on the scale but that is expected from water weight holding in the muscles.
Keeping the gains after cycle is the hard part, very impressive, plus the fact that this was only your 4th cycle and you pinned short esters for 16wks, lots of pinning :eek:
I don't mind pinning everyday but after 6-7wks it does start to get old
 
It was for my first two cycles because I simply didn't have the proper nutrition and training necessary to keep it. Now that I have guidance I can say I am holding roughing 80-90 percent of my gains as I was told I would.

Lol that's another thing I didn't at by the book, I pinned twice a week, 84 hours apart on short esters. Got blood work done and everything while on and my levels were fine :)

I have never messed with peptides either, bridging and peptides would be new to me. What peptides do you run, how safe are they and what do you get out of it?
Good question, but now you're opening a whole new can of worms of discussion. If you're really interested open a thread in the peptide section and I would be more than happy to let you know what I've come up with about peptides and what I will be researching this winter plus I'm sure you could get some other guys to chime in on their research of peptides as well. :cool:

Let me get it all figured out along with the best place to post it and I will let you know ;)

Some things I like about 6wk Blast with 4wk Cruise/bridge:

1)It's hard to push your body past a high intense 6wk run in the gym
2)a 6wk Blast works well with a normal 10ml vial x 2, 4, etc (40days)
3)under normal circumstances Slin shouldn't really be run past 6wks
4)Tren especially at high doses isn't good for you past 6wks as well
5)If using IGF, peps, etc during cruise/bridge, it's perfect for fact that
IGF receptors start to down regulate past 4wks

I have to agree about short esters over long. For the main reason why I prefer short esters is that I have high BP. Nothing crazy but enough that my doc put me on 2.5 mg of lisonopril. Shorter esters from what I have found don't raise my bp as much.
