hrt blast help?

ok i'm going to be on hrt from doc and looks like he will be doing blood work every 3 months i'm going to ask for it to be every 6. test cyp 200mg per week. so tren is out tried it and don't like it. i know test prop is a good choice but what about npp? thinking if doc is going to test every 3 months then i will have to keep the blasts short and sweet. like say 6 weeks. any help is appreciated

I am on TRT as well. 200mg/week is definitely reasonable to request and seems to be more common these days. Years ago it seems 100mg/week was typical.

I talked my doc into also prescribing hcg and arimidex to control estrogen sides, as I am prone to aromatization.

Make sure that whatever you take, you understand the half-life to make sure anything "extra" clears out and gets you "in range" for your labs.

I've always wondered why docs always prescribe cyp when doing HRT. Do you guys know why this is? With all the different Tests out there they always choose cyp. I'm suprised docs allow 200mg wk as well, when I'm only enough shoot Ill just go that route. I only run 300-400wk now as it is.

This ^. He will want you at a certain level. After you find out you can always go to a labcorp on your own to check your bloods yourself before letting the dr. Do it so he want get a surprise if your levels are severely elevated. Depending on what else you are thinking about running with test say orals or npp.. You have all your other levels you need to keep or try to keep in check like cholesterol,hemocrat and others. And blood test every 3 months!..I'd stick to short esters just to be safe you keep your Trt.
