Hello guys- do any of you or your wives/girlfriends/significant others know of any reputable online or concierge style HRT clinics for women? I'm striking out locally, it's all either old fashioned "treat the symptoms to baseline" bullshit or they know next to nothing about modern hormone therapy and cutting edge treatment let alone actual optimization and performance.

The wife is looking to get jacked and fit, and it's been really frustrating when all these places just want to "give her a pellet and send her home".

Any ideas, recommendations etc welcome.

India pharma and a little research in ChatGPT or on forums in regards to dosing should be plenty, unless you just want a legal script and to pay a big markup, in which case you’d probably have better luck with trt/hormone clinics than actual doctors. Trying to get anything from a doctor is like pulling teeth nowadays, especially when it comes to hormones

If your comfortable with this suggestion there are a few online places where you can get legit prescriptions pretty easily for a not too outrageous fee.

Thrive HRT got my wife started. Pretty easy process. I think they're reasonable on the HRT side but they also push their highly priced peptides as the cure for all that ails you.

My girlfriend uses https://www.defymedical.com/. Anavar and deca is sold in their online store. Her levels are above the normal range

Are you and your wife looking for HRT to get her energy levels and hormones potentially balanced out. Or are you looking to get her jacked and fit. Two separate things.

If your wife's hormones, energy levels, and her body's ability to modulate fat storage are in balance and all that you two want to achieve is getting jacked and fit. You're going to throw a lot of money at a HRT clinic for something you can do yourself. Your wife isn't going to get jacked and fit having a clinic over seeing things. HRT clinics focus is to bring someone into balance. I've helped multiple girlfriends out with PEDS with success. First and foremost learn to read your own blood panels, if you haven't already. Do your research and start with low doses and take it slow with monitoring progress.

These HRT clinics aren't going to provide you with anything you can't do yourself, outside of taking money out of your pocket. Follow some of the bikini, wellness, fitness girls and their protocols. Basic low dose anavar, then low dose HGH. My current girlfriend has been on low dose anavar and growth for awhile now and she looks great with zero sides. If your wife needs to shed a liitle, then your standard well-known fat burners if needed. Possibly Primo if your wife wants to step it up a notch or two, after experimenting with the beginning basics.

An ex-girlfriend used Primo with great success. In fact her success with Primo was so successful that she was constantly getting compliments about her physique it ended freaking her out because she wasn't used to getting such compliments. She ended up stopping the Primo because she was constantly being asked if she competed. She just wanted to look good, but she ended up looking too good for her own psyche.

As long as your wife doesn't have a hormone imbalance that needs medical attention, educate yourself with the female side of PEDS usage and be smart about it, which includes paying attention to any onset of unwanted sides (address immediately) and track blood panels.

☝️ would like to add to the above post that's important. Outside of doing labs ourselves. My girlfriend works for a medical conglomerate, that's how we met. Which is in a hospital/surgery center facility. She gets her annual checkups through one of the female GP's where they do bloodwork along a general physical. It's truly a full service medical facility including lab work is done in house. She just recently had her annual checkup and her bloodwork came back perfect while on anavar and hgh. The physician has no idea my girl is using a little gear, the blood panels they pull are not exactly what we would want to test for, but more for your health markers that an insurance company would be interested in. The doc gave my girl a very clean bill of health.

Thank you all for the advice, guys- lots to follow up on, decide and do! Really appreciate the time y’all took to help!!

This is why this board kicks ass… thanks again.

Why not find a local provider? For women hormones are a lot more complex. test, E2, progesterone, is she pre-menopausal, thyroid, cortisol, etc?

I assume she is taking a small dose of both, var and GH, right? Also would HCG work for a woman? At least for a few years.
Since women produce e2 mainly, shouldn't the focus be on that and not testosterone?

Bro, you are 100% correct with your post. But if you read OldManLogan's original post, his wife doesn't seem to be experiencing any abnormalities in her hormones and the ratio or balance between them. She just wants to get fit, or so to speak jacked. What you're referring to is a woman who is experiencing symptoms that indicate an imbalance requiring a medical professional to address her situation. This isn't the case.

The pellet in the ass is bullshit and I know from researching it and knowing women and men who have tried it. If OldManLogan does his due diligence for his wife, like he does for himself, he can over see his wife's use of mild peds that are exclusively used by women with great success. All that it takes is a little research on the women's side of things and some oversight incase anything goes sideways. Pretty damn straight forward, not much different than we do for ourselves. Don't over complicate this, if she's not experiencing any adverse conditions indicating a hormone imbalance, same fucking shit we do, just different compounds at much lower doses. You guys trip me out with your women insecurities.

Yes, small doses, appropriate for a woman. Yes, Var and GH, I did already mention this. HCG if it's appropriately needed. HCG was originally developed as a fertility drug for women. It will stimulate the body's natural production of estrogen and other important hormones, including keeping them balanced with each other. The hCG hormone is given along with other drugs to treat infertility:

The function of hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) is primarily to support pregnancy. It is produced by the placenta and plays several key roles:

@mexbeast, I'm not going to bust your balls because you're a good Bro. But come on guys, do a quick Google search like I did to post up the little bit of info like I did. I've known about HCG properties for like 15 yrs because I did the research, years ago and ongoing so I know. If you read OldManLOgan's original post, his wife doesn't need to adjust her E2 up, she just wants to get fit and a little jacked, that's it. E2 is the last thing she needs to jack up right now. Especially if her E2 is levels are currently balanced and are at appropriate levels in accordance with her other hormones. If she starts at a low dose of Var and things aren't going well then, she stops, like anyone of us would do. Get bloodwork done before, during and after, this is exactly like the HRT clinic will do. Stop giving your money to someone who doesn't really know anything more than most of the educated guys on this board. What makes a woman so unique we can't adjust for her needs?? Do your fucking research like you've done for y\ourself!!

Sorry, i had to go back and re-read old man Logan's post and i missed the part about her wanting to get jacked! To my defense it says nothing about her e2 being on point though 😁. Understanding the point, i would just get some stuff myself and give her an appropriate dosage!

My girlfriend has never been offered hcg. She gets prescribed progesterone to take when not on period.

Yeah, I get. But if her E2 was off I'm sure he would be mentioning it. It seems her hormones are not out of balance or that would be the center of the conversation. All that she wants is to get in shape and fit, plus, a little jacked. Very easy to modulate and accomplish. In my experience no need to throw money at an HRT clinic for something we do ourselves.
