my doc prescribed me 400mg of test cyp per week 1500 ius of HCG 2 times aweek and 2 aromasin per day... and im still getting sensitivity to my nipples and sex drive is not real good still...and im thinking its from the high doses of hcg or the high doses of anti estrogen... any thoughts on if i should lower any of these doses... i was thinking about cutting the HCG doses in half... thank god for insurance coverage that aromasin is pricey...

im thinking this is over kill.. my test was checked to be around 270,, i was considering doing like 250/cyp a week 750 iu's of hcg twice a week and 25.mg or aromasin once a day.. pretty much cutting everything in half...

Personally, I would cut out the HCG, use it in between. 200-400 test is ok. maybe 20mg of novadex during cycle. I personally like letro(I am prone to gyno) 2.5mg per day. I don't think you should use test continously, maybe 8-10 on, 4-6 off.

Do you take letro at 2.5mg per day while on cycle and does that prevent your gyno?

I'm pretty sure he does it while on.

But that dosage is extremely high, but Pesty I know you know what you are doing, so do you have an explanation why? Aren't you worried about down regulating the receptors? Cholesterol?

I find .25mg does eod does good for me (I get gyno sides at 400mg test only :\), I'm still trying to find right dosage. 0.25 eod keeps the ichy and sensitive to the touch feeling away... so pretty sure its preventing growth of the gland.

You are correct. The typical HRT dosage is nowhere near 400mg. The most doctors will prescribe for HRT normally is 200mg/week, and even that is considered high. I had 300mg/week for a while, but then I was cut back to 200mg. I don't get hcg at all, so you are lucky to get that. If you are getting signs of gyno, aromasin or letrozole should get that under control. You could always throw in some nolva 40mg/day as well.

I think you got a quack doctor but hell I wish I had him. When my doc prescribed me test it was NOWHERE near that much. Mine started at 100mgs every 10 days. Im with fourthgen, get me a consult to.

well i've decided to run the hcg 400ius twice a week along with 300 mg of test and im gonna try to roll with the aromasin at 25/EOD and see how that works out... also i just took a STIM test to see if they will approve HGH on my insurance.. that was quite an experience anyone ever do one of those??

yes, i think to get approved you need to get 2 stim tests done, i did anyway.

My HRT doc max doses 200mg cyp/week/ 2IU HGH day/ 20mg Nolvadex. I have never heard of anyone getting over 200mg/week
