If someone aged 33 ran HRT long term at say 175mg test e per week, would most people have higher lipids, liver values etc due to this or not?

I know everyone is different but as the years have gone on I tend to have gone from being on a cruise dose (175mg) for maybe a few months of the year, to now being on it for 9-10 months of year with the occassional 5-6 weeks blast every 6 months.

get labs done regularly, that's the only way to know how it's affecting you

If done properly, it could actually lead to a healthier life.

cholesterol would be the main concern
at hrt doses cholesterol should stay healthy
liver should be fine with injectables
take fish oils and any other heart supps you can

There have been some studies recently that say HRT is healthier for aging men than having low test levels.
Regular blood work is still important to check E2 levels, hematocrit, lipids, etc.
If your diet is good and you do cardio, you shouldn't have lipid issues on HRT.

Read the Dr. G thread. He talks A LOT about HRT
