I had BW and my total cholesterol was 140
HDL 26
LDL 97
TRIGLYCERIDES 100

everything else loked good as far as my metabolic panel

what concerned me was my hs-CRP which was 5.9!

My doc didnt seem too concerned but from everything i read anything over 3 is a high risk for a MI event or stroke.

current cycle is MENT 10 MG PER DAY
omnadren 250 week
BT GH 4 iu split 2 in am and 2 bedtime

i wanted to mention a day before the test i had an intense workout session - would this have an effect?

Does your Doctor know you are On-Cycle.
As I'm wondering why He wasn't concerned with your Low HDL and CRP.

I know my Doc likes to see an HDL of 60 or better.
Anything under 40 is of Major Concern, as it increases your Risk of Heart Disease.

If your HDL is normally above 60 when Off-Cycle, then just keep an Eye on it.
But if not, you need to start addressing this.

Omega-3 Fish Oil is Very Good an Reducing Inflammation, I take 3 to 6 Grams a Day.
Are you Supplementing with Magnesium, if not, Start, as most people are Deficient in Magnesium
It will also help with Inflammation, and helps keep your Arteries Healthy.
It's also responsible for over 300 Enzymatic Functions in the Body.
400 Mg a Day of a Chelated Magnesium is recommended.
Vitamin C has also been shown to help reduce high CRP ~ 1,000 Mg is a Good Starting Point.
Vitamin D is also been shown to reduce Inflammatory Markers ~ I take 5,000 IU's in Summer, and 10,000 IU's in Winter, cause I'm in a Northern Climate.

Also, for the HDL, watch your Processed Carbs/Sugar/Wheat/Soy/and Alcohol, as all of these are Inflammatory, and Lower HDL................. JP

How soon did you train before your blood was drawn? Are you sick or dealing with any type of infection? These things can falsely give a high CRP reading.

If these aren’t the case, you need to address this number and find the underlying cause right away. Supplement wise, the possible things I’d start right away are curcumin, ashwagandha, rhodiola, astaxanthin, and/or PQQ, in addition to what the poster above me suggested.

I did a whole body routine training session the day before the test -wasn't sick with a flu or cold.
I'm taking curcumin at 1000mg 10k iu of vitamin D and 3500 mg of fish oil but I just started since the test.

I also just started taking crestor since he gave me a script 20mg a day...taken it before and I don't get the sides others have reported.
He wasn't concerned at all and is a trt doc
He knows my cycle...he told me he's not too concerned with the crp because my ldl was low.
I'm going to add what you guys suggested.
I'm going to cut out more carbs and refined sugars (not that my intake was that high anyway). Although I do drink alcohol once a week or so.
