Great to hear that even being on TRT for a long time getting sperm count way up is not a problem with the right compounds. Would be interested to know if Triptorelin could be soley used for the same purpose as it directly stimulates the pituitary to secrete LH and FSH.

Daily diet if anyone cares to know:

Protein: Mostly fish. Wild caught. Flounder is a good fish to eat everyday.
Fats: EVOO and raw nuts.
Carbs: Greens and Fruits. Starches here and there.

Id eat whatever I wanted every one out of 15ish meals or EOD, lol.

I'm sincerely happy for you. The potential inability to have children is a harsh side effect of gear use that isn't mentioned enough to the guys who may wish to have kids someday down the road. That could lead to a lot of personal regret, spousal resentment, etc. In the long run I wager this challenge will make you and your wife even better and more appreciative parents.

I agree.

To all that want to have kids or more kids, I do believe that it is critical to find out your genetic disposition about your fertility IF you decide to use steroids for any period of time.

If you're genetically prone to baldness, steroids will accelerate that. In like, if you're prone to fertility problems you may want to find out now so that you can make the best decisions going forward.
