I've got a question for you Pro's or Experienced guys. I would like to experiment with
Insulin. I have done a lot of reading on the subject. I was thinking
Humalog.
Now I'm quite sure that it depends on your dose of insulin but do you think
I would be okay with a double-serving of one of the dextrose/creatine
products on the market. Two servings of Phosphagen HP is about 70 grams of
dextrose. So 70 grams of dextrose and soon very soon following 50 grams of
whey protein mixed with 12 oz. of milk.
Would this suffice? 70 grams dextrose with 50 grams whey concurrent with a
post work-out dose of Humalog...........not to mention the limited number of
carbs in the milk.
Is this enough carbs or would I still run the risk of going hypo?
