I'm looking for ideas on how to most effectively use Humalog, IGF-1Des, IGF-1LR3.
I was thinking perhaps Humalog and IGF1-Des pre-workout and then IGF-1LR3 post workout. This would be three times per week since I'm on a three day split.
Any other suggestions?
