Could anyone experienced here plz tell me the right way to eat the hours after a Humalog shot?I never used slin before. I plan to do it pwo 4x a week for 4 weeks together with some testo and perhaps deca, but I've read several different ways about how to ingest carbs so I'm little confused, I don't wanna get fat either by consuming to much....

I beleive BIGA uses the R But If I remeber rite BIGKIWI uses the Humalog.
I think the nutirtion would be the same as far as what you want to eat and take in Just the Timing is differant correct??
 
The only time I ever tried slin was 10 iu post workout humalog. I drank a serving of cell tech (because i had it already) which was 75 gram of high GI carbs immediately after the inject. Then I would try and get a medium range GI carb source (i.e. oatmeal) with a high protein source (we all know where that comes from). Also no fat to speak of for around 4 hours or more. The general guidlines have always been 10 grams of carbs per iu of slin, however people differ so greatly that you will have to find out for yourself your own sensitivities. Some people will require more carbs and some can go half of that or more. Results were creepy, 7 lbs in 4 days. My girlfriend commented that the body parts i worked were actually bigger afterwards but probably from the pump as much as anything else. This is a first hand account DO NOT take this as a guide. Read as much as you can and try to understand how the compound works.

I've used both & think Humalog is the better choice, since it's onset & activity are short, hence easier to control. I also have found that you don't need nearly as much carbs as once thought. The concensus used to be 10g per iu, but I found this to be too much, & an amount that ends up making you fat easily. I take a 10iu shot of Humalog, then immediately drink a shake consisting of 40-50g simple carbs & 50g whey isolate. Then 1 hr later I have a fat free meal consisitng again of, not too much carbs, & protein. Usually tuna, turrkey or chicken with a mix of stratchy carbs like yam or rice, again not too much stratchy carbs, & raw veggies. I don't eat any fat for the duration of humalog's activity which is approx 4.5 hrs. Although I've never had any problems regarding hypoglycemia with insulin, I keep pure dextrose around 'just incase'.
