The FDA wants to ban the Tribestan , and we haven`t get in any cence October, the reason is that Tribestan has a pulished study, and it shows that increases sperm count. I konw that 90% of the tribulus on the market is useless and those are OK with FDA. Long as you have a product and it dozn`t work is OK with the FDA. The real tribulus extract is over $500 per kg. The one it has been in use on the market is from $60 to $120 per kg.

Tribestan has always been in caplet form and packaged in blister packs to maintain integrity of the active ingredients,. As far as I know, any "tribestan, tribulus, etc. in capsule or bulk powder is worthless.

The Tribestan tablets are enteric coated so less compound get distroid during digesting, and has a longer shelf life. The capsule form is still good long as has the good extract.

You need minimum 200mg per day, each capsule is 100mg, if you want to take only 200mg I would suggest to take 100mg in the morning and 100mg before bed time. The best for bbs or for other profesional sport man (basketball, football, hockey, ufc and many more ) 300mg per day. For some one on heavy stimulants, alcholic, or on high dose of AAS, 400mg per day should be enough. One bottle has 60 capsules.
