Is there any food/vitamin/mineral/supplement one should avoid taking along with Humanofort? Or w/ or w/o food, etc?

I take it at night with melatonin, valarian root, magnesium then 1/2 hour later I have a shake with cottage cheese/milk/whey protien. Any issues with this protocol?

No, the only thing would interfere with the Humanofort is alcohol.

You can have alcohol, just don`t take it togheter.

What you actually noticing from it mate. Im in the UK and really fancy trying this but would have to import it and it can get pricey as a result....

Yes that is a good doze, if you are taking supplement with stimulant before you training than take a extra 100mg after training. Or any time when you travel and you have jet lag.

I feel my recovery is better. I'm gaining alot in strength, not much in wieght but my body fat is dropping. Now to be fair I'm also running test/deca/eq. I do feel some greater gains than previous cycles. Take from that what you will. I will continue to take Humanofort.
Emeric can you post or give a link to a detailed Humanofort description.

I feel my recovery is better. I'm gaining alot in strength, not much in wieght but my body fat is dropping. Now to be fair I'm also running test/deca/eq. I do feel some greater gains than previous cycles. Take from that what you will. I will continue to take Humanofort.

Do I feel an up lifted mood? Not sure. All and all I feel pretty good. I don't sleep very well (caused by current heavy cycle) and have a lot of stressful stuff going on. Is my libido up? Yes but it always is. I think it's the Official Ass Thread thats the cause of that. I'm sorry I can't pinpoint it more for you bro. It is fairly inexpensive here in the states about $25 for 60 100 mg caps.

Now this Humanofort stuff is a bit suspect IMO and my BS alarm went off big time. Haven't used it though so can't speak from personal experience, just feel the marketing is silly.

Anyway, google tells me promoted something called HumanoVar by Genn. You also have Labrada Humanofort sold in the UK.
