I'm not saying Humapro is the way to go or anything, but whey protein of any variety has never had any discernable affect on my physique whatsoever.
For me, I use a combination protein. Right now, my favorite is Betancourt Nutrition's Big Blend.
If you insist on using whey protein only, I would suggest using it along with a solid food protein source. More and more I am a believer in solid food instead of shakes. It has taken a long time to get my head right because I have been programmed to believe that the overpriced stuff in those cans is the best you can get.
Seems like an overhyped eaa supplement. I'm not sure how just taking their eaa compared to others is really going to help that much. I'd say just buy your own individual powdered eaa and take that I really don't see a difference.
Correct me if im wrong but it looks like humapro is just a copy of a patented product called MAP (Master Amino Acid Pattern). If you research MAP amino acids you can get alot more information that might or might not support its claims. Ive done alot of reading about MAP aminos and the research is pretty consistent. Now who i would choose the buy from, thats another question.
But just research MAP amino acids and please respond back with your overal opinion. Id like to know what others think because im very interested in this type of product!!
