Humatrope 36iu cartridge question.

Does anyone know exactly how many mls the cartridge fit the 36iu pen is after reconstitution? Just trying to figure out how many lines in the pin =1iu

Those cartridges come with 3ml solution to reconstitute. You have the 12mg/36iu cartridge. From there you just need to do the math. If you don't have the pen to dose it, you have to calculate manually for an insulin syringe where each 10 units on a slin pin = 1.2 iu GH.

Thanks! Wasn’t sure if the hormone powder weight would be counted in the equation but I figure it really doesn’t matter since it’s so small

Yeah so I'm assuming they figure total dissolved mass to be 0.12 cc and approx 3iu per mg so 4.17mg = ~ 12.51 iu/ml of reconstituted solution. (or 1.251iu per 10 units). I was off by 51 one hundredths of an iu
