Just started humilin R last week what is a good dose to work up to as far as max. And should I take it once or twice?

Not a stupid question, it's stupid to start slin without knowing what your doing. It can be very dangerous!

Starting insulin without knowing EXACTLY what you're doing is reckless. Rethink what you're doing before you make a mistake that could cost you your life.

Give the insulin to some diabetic or just throw it away. Then post your stats, experience and goals. We don't mind helping or even repeating basic things, but you need to help us a bit.
 
This is why many will never be a good bodybuilder. The work you put in is not just in the gym. You need to do the work, the reading, and understand the intricacies of howthe body, supps, and drugs work. Following protocols because someone more experienced told you so will never allow you to actually become good at it.

ok, i think the guy gets the point but lets give him a break. i have been guilty of asking questions with out reading pages and pages of threads. sometimes you are looking for a quick answer to ease your curiosity.

to the OP, everyone is right, slin can be dangerous so really think twice about doing it. i have done it many times and im constantly changes my protocol bc i really havent found one that is the best for me yet.

I was on humalog for awhile and i can say i like longer acting more so im different than most.

i usually stay around 12 ius a day for slin, some can tke more some less. its different from person to person. i say start low and work your way up.
 
I don't like to use more than 20uis per day. I always keep it pre WO and breakfast
 
I worked my way up to 15iu breakfast and 15iu preworkout with good success . i am going to change up when i go back on to 10iu three times a day on taining days
 
I went up to 16iu pre gym. Worked well

As low as 4iu is still effective. It's hard to say how high high you neec to go without knowing your training history and how big you are. 7-15iu is plenty for a begginer tho.
