Just curious about the intermediate insulin humulin n , do you see any benefits from using it for bodybuilding purposes ? can it be compared with say lantus ? only shorter acting than lantus , Maybe on workout days take the first and only shot of humulin n upon waking for the day , then later take a shot of humulin r about 45 minutes before workout , workout for about a hour ,by the time workout is over the humulin R should be peaked and ready for pwo shake , btw ,I also have a pre workout meal and intra workout shake during whole workout , don’t want to take any chances with insulin, my emergency shake is kool aid mixed with 200 grams of dextrose, luckily I never had to use it lol , so what do you think guys ,is humulin n worth it for bodybuilding purposes? I’m familiar with the humalog , humulin r , lantus etc , but humulin n ,don’t know much about it
