humulin R before or after workout? does it really matter?

what do you guys think should humulin R be taken before or after a work out.

I know it peaks a little more than an hour after inject so taking it before would make sense. just looking for insight from expirence!

Better be an expert on that before you start.. Its really dangerous to play with.. i tried and found out the hard way that you need to be really knowledgable before using. Defiantly not for a beginner.

I agree with knight....If you can't find insulin answers to questions on this forum or the
net, your not putting in any effort.....but a hint....It's active fo3-5 Hrs ...don't you think the time
that your training(tearing tissue and drinking aminos) is also a good time for the insulin to be
doing it's thing.....?????
