If I feel hungry and have nothing to eat I can hold on for a while.
But if I start to exercise the hunger doesn't allow me to focus and is amplified.
In that case, if I have a bite or a shake the hunger is amplified even more.
I have to have a meal.
If I don't sleep well I need to eat/feel hungry much earlier then when I have a good night of sleep.
These two issues come across as some hormone thing (not necessarily an unbalance).
Can someone explain it to me?
