doubt there is any added benefit vs. straight isolate. All marketing. Yes, some science, but the added premium is partly for hype, partly for processing. You're wasting your money.
Di and tri peptide aminos hyrdolyzed to 75% are far superior to free form EAAs.
I'd go with those over hydro whey or hyrdo casein, whey iso or any free form amino any day all day and every day.
not sure if anyone else here uses beverly international products but I love stacking their mass aminos and ultra 40 tabs with my meals. i swear I grow so much better than taking the equivalent protein powder / whole foods.

Agree, although I never take the aminos with meals since they are hydrolyzed. Beverly dropped the ball with this recommendation. Whole food protein will reduce the efficiency of the hydro, especially a 50% hydro.
Mass aminos taken before (5-10) and after (15-20) training has been much more effective than with meals. Ultra40 with fatty meals is preferred however.
Give it a shot, I'm sure you'll notice a difference.

Another thing is you'll have to up your calcium intake when you're adding a good amount of aminos to your diet because the added protein will inhibit calcium absorption.
