the result? a resounding "we don't really know". in vitro does not necessarily equate to in vivo
of course, OP has been around for a long time, so he's viewed all that material, but just felt like making a thread about it anyways
I think this is part of why the huge dudes don't post much anymore (besides being busy with their own pursuits).
we keep asking them "what's the secret?"
they keep answering "heavy af training, drugs, food, rest...consistency... no secrets."
then we be like "yeah... but what's the secret?"
it's like people believe that the huge dudes are all collectively keeping a secret from everyone lol..
many of us thought things like MGF, SARMS, LR3, Peptides, 'myotatin inhibitor' etc.. were gonna be game changers..

it always comes back to the basics.. Heavy training, heavy food, heavy drugs, heavy sleep.
Maybe it's been beaten to death but so what? For someone like me who doesn't read everything on here everyday, the OP caught my eye today and I was definitely curious to see a discussion. Yea we can go search but a lot of us just dont have the time to go through every past thread on a certain subject. I wanna see the latest info and then if I need to I'll go search for more.
We get it bro, your a wiseass and we all get to laugh at your shit on the daily. But sometimes just let things flow. For all we know, the OP is a jerkoff orrrrr he could turn out to be a great guy and an asset to the board. Again, just calling it as I see it.
